I was referd to Dr. Powell's office by my insurance company following a car accident. My first surprise was that Dr Powe...ll answered the phone when I called . As I told him about the car accident, he was immediately concerned and receptive to my requests for an appointment. He even referred me to an AMAZING and trustworthy attorney (should I be needing one). While filling out the new patient forms in his office, another patient came in and was greeted like an old friend!
