I have never been treated so rudely by a doctor or chiropractor on a first visit in my life. As soon as this chiropracto...r Thomas Martin came into the room to treat me he talked in a loud manner about a form that he says I did not sign. He began asserting immediately that I was withholding information and he would not treat me without it, even though I told him there was no information for the condition I came in for. I was so shocked that I got up and immediately told him I did not want to be treated there and I had never been treated so rudely. He then told me to get out. more details
