Dr. Valfer is a dishonest man. He has been sued many times for inappropriate surgeries. He is quick to operate on patien...ts that do not need such dangerous and expensive procedures.
He is a good income generator but a dishonest and low doctor, an even more disappointing person.
Avoid this individual and his practice at all costs. more details
