I would strongly advise seeking out a different doctor. Beyond unlawful, Siddhartha Nadkarni's irresponsible and danger...ous conduct did not conform with acceptable standards of care. This resulted in multiple investigations undertaken by the NY State Health department (OPMC) for his serious misconduct which were in violation of State and Federal law. Siddhartha Nadkarni's unlawful conduct included, undated prescriptions for controlled substances, (in part due to his long and unexplained absences and inability to be reached), fraudulent billing, retaliation, and maliciously placing false information in a patient's medical record (to cover up his serious misconduct). His poor and unlawful conduct underscores what a danger he poses to patient care. more details
