She is condescending to first time moms. I expected patience and answers to my questions, instead she was rude and talk...ed to me like I was stupid. Maybe she has forgotten what it feels like to be a mom for the first time. more details

I was disappointed at the lack of compassion that Dr. Hayes shows towards new mothers. I would not recommend her to a f...irst time mom, and would hesitate to recommend her to an experienced mom. more details
