I went to his office for a follow-up from the emergency department. I got there early. He called at 10am and told his o...ffice staff that he wouldn't be in until 1:30 pm. I came back prior to the time. I got placed in the back room. Then I was told 30 minutes later that he called again and would not be in at all. When I left he had a lobby full of patients and more trying to check in or reschedule.
It also took 5 weeks for his front office staff to get paperwork faxed over to my surgeon which should have only taken a week. I have since changed doctors. more details

Very unprofessional staff who seemed bothered to help you. Test results are never ready on time. Currently have been on ...hold for 15 mins for a test that was done two weeks ago. They probably wont pick the phone back up ; wont be the first time. The doc rushes you and just wants to prescribe things that mask your condition and not really listen to your symptoms. This is the 711 of healthcare. more details
