Dr. Samuel Medaris and his staff are people I would not send my worst enemy to out of respect for my enemy!I brought my ...CT scan and report into Dr. Medaris's office 3 weeks before my scheduled follow-up appointment to give the Doctor time to study it before he saw me. I thought I was doing him a favor. On the day of the follow-up, Dr. Medaris comes into the room only to tell me that they have lost my CT scan and report and don't know where they are. If that was not bad enough, Dr. Medaris and his staff both accused me of not bringing in my CT scan disc and written report at all. 30 minutes after I stormed out of the room and left, Dr. Medaris leaves a voicemail on my phone saying that they found my disc and report. Well, where was it for the 3 weeks you had it before the follow-up? I feel that this "practice" has no respect for their patients at all if they wish to sink to these levels. more details
