We got a charge for a 20$ missed appointment. It's not a lot but its the principle. It's just annoying. We had an emerge...ncy right before the appointment and well.. calling them wasn't a priority at that very moment. We were brand new patients, we haven't even met him and to get a bill immediately for a missed appointment just makes you say "wow". If we're going to complain about each other, then I should say your staff is rude and no one called to confirm the appointment the night before like most people do.
No worries though. I rather know now that this is a money hungry practice before I bring my health and insurance company into it. God knows what I'll get charged for. more details
