The staff at the front desk of the Robins location are rude. This is not a kid friendly atmosphere. If your trying to g...et contacts for your child it will take a long-time to get an appointment and if your child can't get the contacts in their eye they will not let you have them. You will then have to wait another 2-3 weeks to get in to try again. It can take 3 months just to get a simple contact order. more details
