This quick prescribed Advair for a cough. Seeing as he could never figure out what was wrong - thought this diagnosis w...as strange especially after researching what Advair is used for.
Furthermore, I have reported him to the State Medical Board for insurance fraud. He and his lawyer are crooks.
He has a demeaning and abrasive attitude - I would NEVER recommend him to anybody! more details
