 Dr. Fitzgibbons Reviews

I was very happy with Dr Fitzgibbons. He examined me and within a month had me in the hospital to repair a very large hernia. Of all the people I talked to many told me I had one of the bests Doctors possible. And they were right. He was professional and thorough. I’ve never had any problem with my surgery. Thank you Dr Fitzgibbons.

  • I came to Ottumwa Regional Hospital for a CT scan (big mistake), as I was desperately needing answers for what was a serious ongoing health crisis back in 2018. Dr. Elvin McCarl with Radiology Associates, blatantly missed a 6mm or so kidney stone that was easily detected by my urologist in less than 30 seconds over two years later. The Ottumwa Regional Hospital investigated and determined the stone is on the scan but not in the report. I originally just wanted to talk to him, ask how this ...

  • My wife and me were interested in finding out about lasik, so we called this doctor and set up an appointment which we were told would cost 200. Upon seeing the doctor, he said were were both too old to get lasik in his view. The office asked us our ages before going for the appointment by the way. So the doctor said he can't in good faith charge us the consultation fee and asked if we wanted an eye exam. I thought fine, we were about due since COVID had delayed normal eye care. I told him ...
