The only negative thing I have to say is really just about the staff at the desk. They are grumpy, I have heard them mak...e fun of people they just spoke to on the phone and I do not like that they will not give appointment reminder calls.
Dr. Bacharach himself is great. He takes his time with every patient (granted that will leve you with a long wait but it is worth it as you get the same unrushed treatment). I used to go to a place where I would walk in, get a script, walk out. When I started going to Dr. Bacharach was shocked that he actually cared to listen to my problems. It took me quite a while to get it through my brain that I am allowed to let it all off my chest.
He is definitely not going to sugar coat things. He says it how it is and to me that is important. People that do not like him, I believe, can t handle his say it as it is personality. more details
