I have been trying for two weeks for this office to fill out my short term disability so that I can get a check from bei...ng off work and as of date it still has not been filled out! The Dr is never in, or he is with patients or the MA tears up the forms!!!! My insurance company has had to send them the paper work three times and I still do not see them filling it out as of yet!!! Very disappointed in this office.. People have to pay for this insurance just to have an office that will not honor the wish. People have to eat, but apparently this office or the MA does not care.
Not sure if I will follow up with this office again! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! more details
