I went in as a "New Patient" The receptionist were rude & to busy to open their front glass window to answer questions. ...New patients must take a drug test with the multi gender restroom in the waiting area for all the other patients staring at you. After being called 3 hours later, Dr Praganz physically hurt me during his exam. I've been in chronic pain and disabled for over 2 years now. He wouldn't prescribe my pain medications that I've been on for over a year & he was rude. I will NEVER step foot into that practice again to be humiliated and treated so inhumanely. more details
