From the moment I sat down to fill out the intake forms I was bombarded with a series of sales pitches in an attempt to ...get me to purchase a series of products or services that were completely superfluous to my ocular health and were NOT covered by my insurance (L.A. Care). In regarding the "examination," they didn't really DO anything. The didn't dilate my pupils, they didn't check my peripheral vision, they only allowed my to view two options during the exam, neither of which displayed a clear image. It was the strangest and most disturbing eye exam I've ever had. more details
