I was in with a 95 year old family member. Dr. Kaplan was abrasive, uncompassionate, harsh. Her demeanor was rude, unpro...fessional and lacking in cleanliness. I was appalled at the way she treated the 95 year old. She mentioned doing labs but then did not follow through with that plan. She did not touch her hand, ask how she was doing and laughed at the fact we wanted a new wheelchair through Medicaid. She was unhelpful in directing us to a medical supply place and was just so unprofessional! Our needs were not critical in the medical sense, so I wonder how she would be if it were critical! more details
