Horrible. THis man said Absolutely Nothing regarding my health, the plan for treatment, what to do at home, how to stay ...well, etc etc. He also NEVER spoke about anything other than Himself. There was NEVER any heat/ice or stim EVER offered in the treatment nor did he make any attempts to get off his lazy rear and be pro-active with my care or lack there of. I N a word: Bad. Don't waste your time or your money going to this location and his other locations in Standale and Rockford. (All equally as lousy and no care at aLL). I think the biggest issue is the lack of care. Physical therapy is ALL about care and that just doesn't happen here. It's probably not a good or possibly ethical that receptionists are responsible for doing your exercises with you. Really? Mike Ziegler does not lower himself to do exercises as he acts way too above such menial things. After all, he's way too Special for such simple tasks. Yes, they have receptionists walking you to a machine and saying something along the lines of :"Here you are for a few minutes". THat's it the end, they walk away. Unreal . Go anywhere other than this clinic. JUst bad more details
