Prescribed the wrong medication for me. Corrected prescription with a new prescription but it doesn't work. Called to ...get an earlier appointment due pain and unable to function. Staff did return my call for scheduling an appointment. Called again they had no record of my call and their medical records conflicted with what the Doctor told me he wanted me to do. Requested the doctor talk to me because of the extreme pain I am and he did not call back nor did his staff assist me in resolving my desire for help. Very upset with the lack of professionalism with the staff, trying to get threw to make an appointment and lack of concern for my well being. more details
