I got an appointment when I needed one.
They kept things moving and on time during my visit.
I received a correct diagnosis and up-to-date treatment.

-After waiting almost 3 hours to be seen, Grossman stayed in the room less than 5 mins and really doesn't listen to wha...t I have to say.
-Had to call multiple times for refills-ran out of medicine a few times due to lack of organization in the office and nurse turnover.
-Very inconsistent with the treatment of patients.
-Actually heard an argument between Dr. Grossman and his new wife-they really didn't seem to mind which was very unprofessional.
-Very dissatisfied with the overall care received over the past several months. So much so that I had to find another doctor or my health would have suffered the consequences.
-NO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR DUE TO HIS LACK OF CONCERN FOR HIS PATIENTS OVER THE PAST MONTHS, AS WELL AS THE LACK OF CONCERN BY HIS STAFF. more details
