I saw Dr. Pham in Centerville for several years, but she took some time off to spend with her children. For the interim ...I have had a doctor, who has turned out to be unsatisfactory. In short, I have not had a primary doctor I wished to see for the past two years and have been going to Urgent Care at the Farmington branch of the University of Utah Hospital system. Hopefully I can find her practice in Layton and get back to being taken care of properly. more details
