Office Staff are Rude
I had an appointment scheduled as a new patient. Office Staff had all my new insurance informa...tion, but claimed I had never scheduled an appointment. They claimed that I never scheduled an appointment, but I asked them how did the get my information if I did not schedule an appointment. I drove a half of an hour to get to the appointment and they told me I would have to reschedule the appointment. more details
