The staff here at Dr. Cabrera's office are absolutely Horrible! Every time I go in there, I call prior & make Appointmen...ts for my children. I get there 30 minutes before my SCHEDULED Appointment; & STILL find myself waiting an HOUR & a HALF to even be Simply called to the back to begin this whole process! I personally find this Ridiculous! This last week I took my son in for shots & rescheduled a Well Check appointment for him on that following Saturday. Only to drive there & see that NOBODY is there. I mean seriously.. Get some Staff that ACTUALLY know what they're doing in there!! Why would you make an appointment for my son on a Saturday, (& mind you, this Clinic IS SUPPOSED to be open on Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM) & NOT HAVE ANYBODY THERE TO SEE HIM?!?!
I'm fed up with this constant stupidity from his faculty! I'm finding my children a BETTER Dr.'s Clinic to be seen at!! more details
