Amazing care. Professional staff. Caring team. I went to GetMed because Target clinic said my symptoms were so severe that they couldn't help. So per their suggestion, I went immediately to GetMed for my severe bronchitis. I was greeted with kindness, seen to within minutes and had the full attention of Dr. Shintre and her incredible staff. Her main concern was pneumonia so she ran X-rays and other tests. They gave me medicine there without having to go to a pharmacy. However, we needed to find a nebulizer for breathing treatments. She was so concerned for me to find one that she called that night to make sure I had one...even offering a loan of hers in the event I was unable to locate one. Even though my bronchitis got worse through the next week and had to visit her a few times for injections to fight off this infection, they always called every other day to check on me. I have never known another doctor in my life to call my house. If I needed to ask her a question, she would talk to me on the phone. The way the medical system is set up today, I have never heard of such compassion and caring. In addition, the facility itself is state-of-the-art and has everything all in one place, very spacious and pristine. I am finally doing better, and I am so thankful to Dr. Shintre and her amazing team. You feel as though every single person on her staff has been hand selected to provide a top-level urgent care team. They all work so well together and provide the customer a great experience when you are at your worst. I highly recommend GetMed and will opt in the future to see her exclusively in the event I am ill.

Are you looking for an office that not only gives excellent care,
But also accepts most insurances, yet keeps it's rates real fare?

Then why not try the helpful and skillful folks at GetMed?
Where you can get checked up, even if you're not going to wed!

Here's the lowdown and the score
They'll always strive to do even more
They're located in Boca off Camino Real Drive
And they wont stop trying, until you thrive

They practice in an office that's modern and sparkling new
And it's kept so clean, that there's never a loose screw

And it's not just a matter of fate
That you rarely, if ever, have to wait
For GetMed is not only exceptionally well run
But they double check to make sure that everything gets done

So weather it's an emergency or just a routine visit
You'll find that, they are up to date with it
And because they want to accommodate you in every possible way
They're open both Saturday and Sunday, besides every day!

They come in early and also stay late
And remember they won't make you wait
They're knowledgeable and professional as well as nice
So you won't have to remind them, to do something twice!

So what more could I possibly say?
Then GetMed is the start to a better day
For the way to get your health turned around
Is to get good medical advice, that's also sound

Plus you will be taken care of with a warm smile
That will last, for more then just a while

That's why patients and professionals readily agree
That GetMed is a wise place to be!!

  • This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor visit. First of all I saw the NP Amber , she made me feel like I was a bother to her . As I sat in the chair she told me to stand and pull my pants down then she took three steps back and bent over to pretend to look at the affected area, which made me feel like she didn't want to be near me. I said pretend to looks at because there was no way she could have seen the problem from that position. Then she talked with the nurse to tell he...

  • On 1/24/18 my mother had an elective heart valve repair, the surgery went very wrong, what should have taken four hours took nearly ten hours and my mother needed 22 pints of blood. She was intubated for nine days and sedated. They attempted to wake her up and could not do so. They inserted a trachea in the ICU where she lay in a coma like state for 50+ days, she had three seizures and the auto blood pressure cuff burst open her arm artery. This took an additional two surgeries to repair. A...
