Amazing care. Professional staff. Caring team. I went to GetMed because Target clinic said my symptoms were so severe th...at they couldn't help. So per their suggestion, I went immediately to GetMed for my severe bronchitis. I was greeted with kindness, seen to within minutes and had the full attention of Dr. Shintre and her incredible staff. Her main concern was pneumonia so she ran X-rays and other tests. They gave me medicine there without having to go to a pharmacy. However, we needed to find a nebulizer for breathing treatments. She was so concerned for me to find one that she called that night to make sure I had one...even offering a loan of hers in the event I was unable to locate one. Even though my bronchitis got worse through the next week and had to visit her a few times for injections to fight off this infection, they always called every other day to check on me. I have never known another doctor in my life to call my house. If I needed to ask her a question, she would talk to me on the phone. The way the medical system is set up today, I have never heard of such compassion and caring. In addition, the facility itself is state-of-the-art and has everything all in one place, very spacious and pristine. I am finally doing better, and I am so thankful to Dr. Shintre and her amazing team. You feel as though every single person on her staff has been hand selected to provide a top-level urgent care team. They all work so well together and provide the customer a great experience when you are at your worst. I highly recommend GetMed and will opt in the future to see her exclusively in the event I am ill. more details
