Receptionist does not know how to communicate effectively with patients. She actually verbally threatened me and called me loony all because I was upset that she could not call me to inform me of a change in my appointment. Doctor stood by her side and refused to see my daughter who suffers from a peanut allergy. I do not recommend this office even as a last resort.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor visit. First of all I saw the NP Amber , she made me feel like I was a bother to her . On 1/24/18 my mother had an elective heart valve repair, the surgery went very wrong, what should have taken four hours took nearly ten hours and my mother needed 22 pints of blood. She was intubated for nine days and sedated. They attempted to wake her up and could not do so. They inserted a trachea in the ICU where she lay in a coma like state for 50+ days, she had three seizures and the auto blood pressure cuff burst open her arm artery.
