I'm an alternative and I refuse to change myself to please others. At times she made me feel uncertain of myself and fee...l as if I should change to be accepted by others. There were times I felt uneasy around her due to her stressful day (or the fact she was burning out) and wasn't looking forward seeing me. I had to talk her into taking me off one of my meds due to the fact it was making me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable (terrifying dreams). She asked me if I was sure if I wanted to get off of the medication. I replied widened eyes "YES!" . She even went as far as telling me I shouldn't be wearing a long black sleeved shirt thathas a skull on it, because it's Christmas. I sighed while rolling my eyes. I told her the skull represented change, the black represented the universe, thecor red represented strength, and the flowers (they made the pattern of the skull) represented beauty.
