Andrew who does fittings is Rude. As nice as rest of staff is after myself, my fiance and long time friend going in for ...exams and glasses I wont be ever going back or referring anyone to this business again. Today I Took life long friend in today and Andrew miss quoted to me copay on his glasses having not looked at insurance of my friends insurance, then interrupted me as I was talking to my friend with surprise a much lower price only after I told friend to skip that upsell option, then Andrew proceeded to interrupt and argue with me as I tried to talk to my friend, over and over again then told me He wasn’t allowed to discuss my friends coverage with anyone but him... after doing it with me already over course of last hour during friends exam, then as I went to tell other office staff I won’t ever come back after being treated like that he ran over and said I wasn’t allowed in room just off fitting room I had had conversation with him 20 minutes earlier... then as I repeatedly asked him to stop debating with me, he asked what do you want me to do with your friend who was there getting exam and glasses. Incredibly Rude thing to say. Also after getting getting eyes dialated, he sent my friend outside in sun at Noon with no temp sun shades that are always given to patients after eye exam and dilation. Bottom line Andrew AKA Office Manager was rude to me, my fiance and my friend. Andrew truly cost Watters Eye Buss 3 customers who gave them thousands in business that won’t ever come back as long as he works there. Ever..! more details
