Does not listen to parents. Not interested in your concerns or your feedback. If you need to seek a doctor, this is not ...the place to come. We tried to confront her and ask her to pay attention to us and our requests during our appointment, and she ingnored us. Confronted the office manager, no apology and proper testing was not ordered. They could not figure out what testing was needed, nor did they offer a referral to a doctor who could help. In short, don't waste your time. BMC, if you ever read these, change. Take a moment to listen to your families. If we are upset, you are doing something wrong. Apologize. And give a hoot. These are our precious children. Your non-chalont attitude is appalling. Thanks to the office manager who at least tried to help. That is more than I can say for baumann. more details
