Just horrible! Dr. Patz walked into the room and made a totally inappropriate remark about my physical appearance. I was... so distraught I was not worrried when my appointment only lasted 12 minutes because he was late. I got to my car and broke down in tears! My friend was with me and she was also shocked. more details

The quality of care I have received from this clinic used to be outstanding. But there has been a steady decline in cons...istency of care with the provider arriving late, interruptions, not listening to my concerns, lack of time for my questions, calling me by the wrong name, and suggesting treatments for a diagnosis I have never been given. My feelings and concerns during one visit were overridden in a bizarre display that exemplified a total lack of shared decision making. more details
