They treat speech disorders under the sole assumption that the impediment is caused by a structural or neurological defe...ct. All I wanted was for my child to speak correctly. They won't address the speech issue until the tongue is allegedly strong enough. This may be ok for some kids, but we wasted 10 months on this strategy and it did not help at all. Finally, after 10 months the owner sat down with my son for an evaluation. My son failed miserably. The obnoxious owner actually blamed my child for not working hard enough. In reality, he did work very hard. She has very little tact and I feel she needs to slow down and reevaluate her methodology. Not all kids have speech problems due to physical or neurological reasons. Treat them individually with kindness. I sense greed has corrupted her approach. more details
