I cannot begin to find enough words to beg you to DO YOUR HOMEWORK on this doctor. This was a complete waste of time, i...mmensely time consuming because of her inflexibility and frankly we are looking to file a complaint both with the state board and the better business bureau. She was court ordered to be out doctor, WE WON AND RECOVERED a judgement from the other party in the case because the party LIED (and even admitted it to this counselor) to the court in order to be heard. The subject of the counseling had been in therapy/ hospitalized for psychological and psychiatric issues and after repeated requests to get those records SHE STILL HASN'T. She also told the child that the child's opinion "didn't matter" and that everyone needs a relationship with both parents...period. Regardless the reasons that caused a problem and not one time did she lend any credence to the complaints and sided only with the mother...until the very end when everything that had been being told to this counselor was proven true yet again. Her response time to even set an appointment was almost without fail 2 days...just to get the call to SET the appointment- not GET IN. HORRIBLE experience usually because the first 15 minutes seem to be spent reminding her what the situation was. This doctor made an already miserable situation incredibly worse, reported incorrect information to the court that had to be corrected and still never remembered even which parent actually had custody.
