I recently had a rhinoplasty/septoplasty through Dr. Fernau.

During my research process, he appeared highly rat...ed in every search I made. The reviews spoke highly of his wonderful bedside manners, professionalism, and successful procedures. After consulting other surgeons and having mediocre or poor experiences, I tried Dr. Fernau. Even the first phone call to the office was professional, warm, and welcoming. The receptionist was more than willing to share her experiences and answer my questions. Scheduling was easy and the wait time was minimal. In fact, I have never had a shorter waiting time or a longer consultation than I had with Dr. Fernau.

He spoke with me for over 2 hours (I've never had a doctor give me that much time at an appointment!), putting my fears at ease, answering my questions, not pushing for my business, but genuinely wanting to show me how my life can improve and letting me make my decision on my time. To Dr. Fernau, I was never just a number or another procedure. I was a person that he was willing to invest his time and skills in, and pour his heart into, in order to give me the best results he could give. And, needless to say my results are incredible--he has changed my life for the better, medically and aesthetically.

The life changing medical benefits that resulted-particularly the ability for me to breathe well (which has resulted in my receiving more oxygen, increased energy levels, and ability to sleep through the night), are indescribable. I never knew how much my quality of life would improve. Furthermore, his ability to make a nose look aesthetically pleasing is unbelievable. He is so incredibly meticulous in his work, that you can be sure you are in good hands.

Dr. Fernau had incredible bedside manners during the procedure and was just as excited as I was to experience the successful results. He was more than willing to answer his phone at any time of day or night to answer questions I had after the procedure. During my post-op procedure, he took well over an hour with me to discuss the success and to continue to answer my questions.

Every member of Dr. Fernau's staff has been so gracious and kind in their desire to see that my procedure was done well and that I was cared for. They were all so genuine and caring in every interaction with me.

I highly recommend Dr. Fernau and his staff for any procedure you are considering. And I say this with sincerity, because you are in highly skilled, highly qualified hands. Dr. Fernau is a facial artist. He takes his work very seriously and is a perfectionist. The outcome of his work looks na...tural and enhanced.
