Dr. Jack S Rodman, MD

Very disappointed with the way this group is run. Jack Rodman, M.D. practice is poor. My mother is 85 years of age and... when she calls to be seen, she is never offered an appointment with her physician, even though she has been a patient for 20+ years. Robin, is the "gate keeper" and from my experience talking with her, she's the most non-compassionate individual and should not be working in this role. As an RN nurse case manager in MI, my doctors would never run their practice like this. My mother was told to go to the urgent care center when she called because she had a painful lump in her thigh, rather than having her see her doctor. She's done this on many occasions. Turned out she had a blood clot and was sent to the EC.
When she was told to follow up with the PCP (Dr. Rodman), she called and Robin told her to just take an aspirin! Robin must think she is an MD and is now prescribing medication to a patient who is unable to take any aspirin or NSAIDS due to a history of GI bleed. Time to find a new PCP! more details
