Dr Irene injuries my daughter after giving her the incorrect vaccine at the wrong time. The dose of medication my daught...er was on was to high. My daughter became encephalitic and she did not help when I called crying numerous times. She is a bad doctor. 1986 vaccine act. VAERs reports. Vaccine insert NOT information sheet. more details
