"My wife has been without the medicine prescriptions she is supposed to take for over a month on two and over 6 months o...n another. Called a dozen of times. Caremark Mail order sent more than a dozen messages. I always get the same old tired deflection response from the office staff, about leaving messages for the doctor. Even after I told them she was out of meds. Don't know if there is some kind of office feud going on and I appear to be caught in the middle of it. But, they are all being totally unprofessional and endangering my wife's health. They do not seem to care about it, the many times I called them. She saw the doctor on a visit this month.
