This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor visit. First of all I saw the NP Amber , she made me feel like I was a bother to her . On 1/24/18 my mother had an elective heart valve repair, the surgery went very wrong, what should have taken four hours took nearly ten hours and my mother needed 22 pints of blood. She was intubated for nine days and sedated. They attempted to wake her up and could not do so.
