I strongly recommend Kiddyatrics and Dr. Fang-Patrick! Making and having my child's first appointment was a great experi...ence. I didn't have to wait long on the phone, and they helped me get an appointment just a few days later, taking my information over the phone. There was a slight mixup with my child's information once we got there, but they resolved quickly for me with no hassle. They weren't overbooked and we didn't have to wait long for to be seen!
The staff was helpful, polite, patient & friendly with my child, helping work with my child's sensory issues that posed challenges to completing the checkup. I never got the sense that they were frustrated or impatient, and I admired that!
Dr. Fang-Patrick was knowledgeable & friendly, making my challenging child feel welcome and at ease with great skill and compassion. She shared great insights and advice, asking I call with any questions/issues. The doctor's approach was to consider how much additional intervention was really needed at this point, while we try out other ways to move forward. Her input was very helpful as we plan new strategies to help our child learn to overcome the challenges we're facing. We're very grateful for Dr. Fang-Patrick's care! more details
