Incredibly perfunctory "examination". We mentioned the problems with a previous doctor's office and inadequate staff pe...rformance as a reason for leaving.
This office is EVEN WORSE. They lied about advising me about a specific blood test result. Additionally, the CBC test results, they claimed were mailed (notice, no portal provided for this office with the results) although, after almost two weeks, nothing came.
I should have seen problems when on first appt. I stood at the window while the 3 women staff chatted while I waited. Additionally, they provided, without any hesitation, an almost illegible release form for my records. Without consulting with me as to the proper refills on a med I've been taking for 30 years, they "assumed" that the minimum 30 days would suffice.
When I called to complain about this incredibly poor service, "Sarah" became indignant, cancelled my next appointment and, then, hung up the phone.
