I am a surgical nurse and did extensive research to pick the cataract surgeon for my parents. Both were recently performed at the Blue Bell Surgery Center by Dr Francis Clark. The staff in the office and center were outstanding. I can appreciate a surgeon who is very skilled and competent yet conservative, non pushy, patient, compassionate.

I recently had a wonderful experience with a new eye doctor that i wanted to share with everyone. I think I have become his biggest fan. I was seen by 2 pevious eye surgeons both who told me I needed cataract surgery immediately. Why? I don't know as I see well. I can even read without glasses. Both my priest and Family Doctor suggeted I see Dr. Clark. Thank God! Not only DO I NOT NEED SURGERY, but Dr.Clark gave me new glasses just for driving that allows me to see 20-20. I don't need glasses for reading after all. He is the best!

  • I was in with a 95 year old family member. Dr. Kaplan was abrasive, uncompassionate, harsh. Her demeanor was rude, unprofessional and lacking in cleanliness. I was appalled at the way she treated the 95 year old. She mentioned doing labs but then did not follow through with that plan. She did not touch her hand, ask how she was doing and laughed at the fact we wanted a new wheelchair through Medicaid. She was unhelpful in directing us to a medical supply place and was just so unprofessional! Our...

  • Dr. Scott Klein has treated me for the last 9 months at the VS hospital for a broken fibula and tibula and injured ankle. My appointments have been prompt and he is very professional. He wants to fix my problem without surgery leaving that as the last resort. I am progressing under his care and totally recommend him....
