First, I had been going to Dr. Kass for many years and had even referred a number of patients to him. I am probably the... easiest patient in the world, I never give trouble, I arrive early, and I don't bother them ever.
Lately however, the lady at the front desk (which happens to be his wife) has been extremely rude, inflexible and downright nasty when trying to schedule appointments over the phone.
After 8 years as a patient, when I told her I was switching because of how nasty she was being she just hung up on me.
Unless you like waiting 1-1.5 hours AFTER you're designated appointment time, and like dealing with rude staff, I would not recommend this doctor. more details
