My infant was seen for a few check-ups by Dr. Kemp. It was only at 9 months that we had a visit with a nurse practition...er in the practice: she diagnosed a serious condition in my child that Dr. Kemp had missed. When I met with her to ask her about it, she said it was 'a matter of opinion.' It was not. We never went back. more details
