They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very ea...sily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. more details
