I got an appointment when I needed one.

Worst experience
I went for a routine colonoscopy " in network" and end up with a $923.07 bill. I made sure "... even before the first visit to the Dr" that the entire procedure will be covered by my insurance. Even the day before I called and the morning of the procedure I asked again as I didnt want to have any charges out of pocket.
For the last 9 months I am calling monthly to ask them to review my account as the procedure was supposed to be covered. For the last 9 months they are reviewing which code to apply! And now, without any "Final Notice" they placed my account with an agency for collection.
CONCLUSION: THE PATIENT IS FORCED TO PAY TO AVOID BAD CREDIT!
I AM FINDING OUT THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE, IT'S A COMMON PRACTICE IN THE MEDICAL/INSURANCE BUSINESS. more details
