Not sure what has happened over the last two years, post 2020, but the office has been a nightmare to deal with. You nev...er get call backs, it can take weeks, yes weeks, to get medications refilled, and everyone has an attitude now, including the doctor. I guess the good thing is that office has finally been painted and had new floors put down. It’s unfortunate but I am currently in the process of finding a new physician. I don’t have faith in her new office staff, and since 90% of office interaction is with staff, I can’t have faith in her getting things done. I miss the old staff, they were fantastic, especially the phlebotomist. more details
