After being told by multiple doctors I had a large hydrocele, Dr Willis did surgery to fix the hydrocele. After surgery,... Dr Willis stated there was no hydrocele and I believed him. An ultrasound was later done and shows that there is a large hydrocele. Dr Willis has made no effort to correct this situation. I paid for the hospital and Dr Willis to have my hydrocele fixed and I still have it. more details
