I am shocked at how uncaring the staff there can be. I was waiting to be seen, and my 1-year old was having a hard time ...and beginning to scream loudly. I walked him around several places to try to get him to calm down, even out into the cold. Someone from pediatrics came out and asked who we were and why we were sitting in their waiting room. We walked to another area of the building, and since he had calmed down, we sat down. After a moment, he began crying again, a receptionist immediately came over and told me that Dr. Gorelick was complaining about the noise and we needed to leave the area. No one bothered to ask if he was sick or if something was wrong. They were cruel about the entire thing. That same receptionist informed all the employees in the area very loudly of the entire situation, as if I were a criminal. They completely humiliated me in front of everyone there. For a medical office that has pediatrics, they should be used to crying babies, and not harsh about it. more details
