Dr. Naral is a very good Dr. but he need to get another billing system/department because they are flawed, non-compliant..., unethical and incompetent; they are THE ABSOLUTE worst. Better pay really close attention to your bills from them because their billing department is non-compliant and very unethical. I'm speaking from experience as a patient and as a medical biller professional. They lose and misapply payments, they balance bill which is against the law and they send patients to collections when in actuality their balance should be zero. I have to do my research every single time I have a visit to prove to them I made my payment. Please be very careful when it comes to their billing (research every bill you receive from them to verify if you really owe it). They need to pull ALL of their patients that's in collections out of collections and have those accounts audited for accuracy and true liability before proceeding with the collection process. If you have problems with your bills from them you can contact Medical Bills Auditing Service or contact Nevada Office of Inspector General. more details
