Dr. Patel and his Office Manager are rude and unprofessional. From the initial visit, the Office Manager was unfriendly... and we were made to feel like a bother. The office is antiquated (no emailing or faxing of records) and messy. When the diagnosis required a Specialist, we were given confusing directions and when we needed clarification, we were told we were calling the office too much. A process that should have been quite simple was anything but. We will never return. Stay away! more details
