Office was very bare, basic,plain looked like they just opened doors in an empty building. They don't take credit cards ...or debit cards. At the hospital I was told no need for an appointment, just come in for a quick INR, I told the receptionist this, and it took 1 1/2 hours, then sent me in the back to see Dr. Matar. When he arrived it was as if he never met me, unfamiliar with my situation and why I was there. Real strange, the whole situation. more details
