I found this Doctor to be very professional, yet compassionate enough to call me herself when she had news. I have Cance...r, and it is complicated, but I found Dr. Cole's approach to me something that is making it easier, not harder. Especially since I am having bs insurance issues. So yes, professional, but extremely compassionate and human. Thumbs up.
