She stayed on the call with me for 5 minutes, was is a rush to leave. I've explained that I've had these symptoms before... and tried to tell her what my previous doctor did but she wasn't interested. She didn't provide any helpful details or advice, just told me to go see a doctor in person. Its not like I had a physical injury. I dont understand why she's using the MDLIVE system if she's just going to tell a patient to go see an in-person provider. more details
